GSL Power aim to make buying online as safe and convenient as possible, which means offering a secure and prompt delivery service.
Where possible, orders received by 3.00pm will be despatched for next working day delivery (or Saturday delivery, at extra cost). You will be advised of your delivery cost when your order status is updated.
Delivery charges vary depending on:
- The delivery address of your goods (your region)
- The delivery service you choose (such as next business day, pre noon, pre 10:30am or a Saturday delivery)
- The total weight of your order
- Any promotions we may be running at the time of your order
Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options will always be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We only accept orders from UK businesses or individuals. We can deliver to most addresses on the UK mainland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland.
Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a £10.00 non-refundable correction fee. The customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship their order.
Returning an item is straightforward, contact us with the the item you wish to return and order number through our contact form or via the telephone, a member of the GSL Power Ltd support team will then be able to assist you with the return request and issue a returns authorisation number.
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to GSL Power Ltd giving details of the goods ordered. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning and insuring the goods in transit to GSL Power Ltd at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and refund delivery costs.
Once you have notified GSL Power Ltd that you are cancelling the contract, GSL Power Ltd will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for your order.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, GSL Power Ltd may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for computer software which has been unsealed by you, or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, save where a fault is discovered which could not have been discovered otherwise than by unsealing the goods.
When returning a product to us it’s important that it is packaged correctly so that it does not get damaged during transit. We suggest that you package the item in its original packaging (assuming that you have the packaging and it is still intact). Where it’s not possible to use the original packaging, please ensure that the product is sufficiently packaged and cushioned to protect against any reasonable shocks, puncturing, scratching or damage that may occur during carriage, handing and/or sorting.
You may make a request to cancel your order at any time before receiving your Dispatch Confirmation (providing the products have not been shipped or are awaiting shipment). To cancel your order you must contact us on 01395 271134.
If you have already received your products you may cancel the Contract by informing us in writing within 24 hours beginning on the day after you receive the products. Products must be returned in the original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the Products. Delivery costs are not refundable.

Products faulty on arrival
If you find that your products are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled at our option to a repair, replacement or refund. Please note that for some products it may be disproportionately costly to repair those products, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or refund.
Products that become faulty after delivery
If your products becomes a faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a default resolved. Alternatively you can contact us directly if the faulty products do not conform to the contract made between us.
Products visibly damaged on delivery
If you discover that your products are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept delivery. Please contract us within seven days with details of the damage. Once we have received the damaged goods back into our warehouse, then we will replace them.
